CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS)

The main purpose of a content management system, ("CMS"), is to provide a user-friendly, web-based administrative area for our clients to maintain the webpage. Essentially, a CMS makes it easy for an administrator lacking web writing skills or technical savvy to publish new content or change content quickly and broadly. Users with the proper privileges will be able to update such elements as:

Web Pages	Internal Documents	Job Postings
News Releases	Financial Information	Public Documents
FAQs	Contact Numbers	Calendar of Events

Administrators may assign rights to updating specific areas, adjust general settings, and view reports on their webpage activity such as e-mail feedback and which sections of the site are receiving the most traffic.

As we work with you to develop content we can add or remove sections from the list above to automate as many parts of the site as possible.
